Getting to know you
We spend as much time as needed, getting to intimately know your brand, the campaign and the objectives before any activity gets underway to ensure that we are acting as one of your team rather than an external agency.
Communication is what we do. So, we make sure we are in contact with you regularly, and are available at any time on the phone, email or even messengers if you prefer. We can work with your team on-site within your environment, something that we activity encourage.
At all times, we seek your sign off on all decisions so you can be assured that you on top of activty at all times.
Measurement, engagement and ROI model
Where possible, we put measurement tools in place prior to the campaign beginning, including our own social media rating system, so we are able to benchmark the campaign from the start, during and afterwards. Doing this makes sure that we are able to continually evaluate the performance of a campaign, and change track if needed.
We have also developed a reach and engagement model for digital activity that enables us to demonstrate campaign results, user engagement, its reach and provide a predictive model for future campaigns.
