Acas SMP interview on social media in business workplaces
Adrian Wakeling, senior guidance manager at Acas kindly spent some time to do an interview for the Social Media Portal (SMP) on the recent announcement of its newly released social media guidelines. 
Fresh off the back of Rachel's post on how Acas was striving to assist businesses maximise the use of social media in the workplace, Adrian's given a introduction to what the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) is and its objectives. It also highlights Acas' role in helping businesses understand and work with social media and networks as the digital environments evolve having an upon how they operate, whether they wish it not.
