Elemental to guest speak on content strategy at SES London 2012

Rachel Hawkes from communications consultancy to guest present on content strategy and social search at SES London 2012


18 February 2012, London, UK ---- Communications consultancy Elemental is to guest present at SES London 2012 next week.


The four-day long search engine event SES London 2012 Conference and Exhibition touches down next week from 20-24 February at The Queen Elizabeth ll Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary in London.


The line-up includes Rachel Hawkes, account director at Elemental, guest speaking on SES Day 2, Wednesday, 22 February from 3:45-4:45pm on the social media track entitled ‘Why Content Strategy Is Crucial for Social Search’.


Hawkes comments, “With search engines working more closely with social networks like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Flickr to deliver richer search results, brands need to be more strategic in the planning, distribution and communication of content. This is important for brands as it helps boost their organic search profile and reach a relevant audience – both old, existing and new”


Joining Hawkes on the panel is Chris Boggs, director of SEO at Rosetta and Krista LaRiviere, co-founder and CEO at gShift Labs with the session moderated by Greg Jarboe, president and co-founder at SEO-PR.


“This session will deliver practical tips and case studies for brands and agencies that want to learn about how a content strategy plays into the bigger search picture,” concludes Hawkes.
