Unique Digital Celebrates its Independence with its New Website

Digital Marketing Agency, Unique Digital, Announce Buy Out From Parent Company Nettec, and Celebrate Independence with New Website


Unique Digital http://www.unique-digital.co.uk has just announced that they will be trading independently with immediate effect. The move follows a successful management buy out from its parent company Nettec http://www.nettec.net confirmed earlier this year.

To celebrate their independence Unique Digital has just launched their new website at http://www.unique-digital.co.uk.

The mutual decision will enable Unique Digital to continue their focus as a full service digital marketing agency, working on a broad range of activities for clients such as British Telecom Christies, Department for Education & Employment, First Choice, Holidays, Gameplay, Lobster.co.uk, Metz/Bacardi-Martini, Misco, Systemax, Tempz.com, William Hill and Workthing.com.

Unique Digital is driven by founders who are online marketing savvy, namely Simon Andersen ex New Media Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, and Andy Stevens, ex Managing Director, USP Advertising – who position the agency further into a sector in which they are already thriving.

Andy Stevens, Commercial Director at Unique Digital says, “This is an exciting time for Unique Digital, the break away from Nettec allows us the independence to fully push Unique Digital into the digital marketing arena. The support from our clients and Nettec has been encouraging and positive.”

Simon Anderson, Managing Director at Unique Digital added, “This is an amazing step for us all at Unique Digital and the challenge is welcomed by all the team. It gives us the platform to continue to engineer and deliver end to end campaigns that delight our clients.”

Anderson adds, “We really shot ourselves in the foot calling ourselves Unique Digital, but FiFo Digital have produced an amazing website reflecting our uniqueness."

Unique Digital did not fit in the new direction; therefore, we welcomed their management buy out approach.
