James Hilton
Director of Online Marketing


James' role is to maximise the awareness and understanding of PLAYMGMMIRAGE.COM (http://www.playmgmmirage.com) amongst its online target audience, encouraging both trial and loyalty, increasing registrations within the online casino.

Reporting to Oscar Nieboer, Vice President Marketing at MGM MIRAGE Online, James will oversee all online marketing channels. These include: affiliate management, search engine marketing (SEM), as well as managing associated mediums search engine optimisation (SEO) and Pay for Performance (PFP), Online PR, Viral Campaigns, CRM and eCRM.

With previous employment at Grey Advertising, Universal Studios, Grey Interactive and Continuum Interactive, James has held marketing positions with each of the aforementioned companies. James' last position was at workthing.com, where he headed up online traffic development. There he launched a highly successful affiliate network and SEO programme, and negotiated and implemented portal partnerships with MSN, Yahoo!, Freeserve and Lycos encompassing media, e-mail and content integration.

Oscar Nieboer
Vice President, Marketing


Oscar has 12 years of experience working in advertising and marketing in both traditional and Internet-related environments. After university he worked at the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather as a copywriter and account manager. In 1992 he joined another advertising agency, JWT, where he worked on accounts for Kellogg's, Merrill Lynch and The Daily Telegraph, and was invited to join the board at the age of 30.

In 1998 he led the National Lottery account at WCRS, and was involved in the licence renewal effort for Camelot. He then took up a role at the National Lottery itself, where he led the brand's recent re-launch. He completed his MBA at the London Business School.
