Joanne Brook is a Partner in IT and Intellectual Property Law department at Jeffrey Green Russell. She specialises in advising new and emerging technology businesses on IT law and intellectual property issues. In particular, she advises on the legal implications of undertaking e-commerce and how best to protect and exploit intellectual property rights on the Internet.
