Ros Griffiths
Founder and Managing Director
Ros Griffiths, the Founder of the Employment Café, is an award winning and dynamic social entrepreneur, with more than 15 years experience of working in the UK and USA in the social economic development agenda.
Ros has significant expertise in urban regeneration focusing on social inclusion, unemployment, ethnic minorities and young people. Ros currently resides in Brixton, Brixton and is on the board of visitors of Brixton Prison and a director of Lambeth Voluntary Action Council. (Umbrella organisations for the voluntary sector in Lambeth)
Ros’s community work in 1989 saw her rewarded by the citizens of Quebec where, she was given the key to the city. Her other jobs have included working at the British Army, where she became the first non-commissioned Black officer to teach at the Physical Army School of Training.
