Dusan Hamlin
Managing Director
Dusan is the Managing Director of Inside, the global mobile marketing agency.
Dusan has been working in digital marketing since 1996 and worked in the UK on brands such as William Hill, Mazda and Oracle, gaining experience in both national and regional online media; working with William Hill launching their Online Casino product. Other senior roles have included Media Com (Beyond Interactive) and Green Cathedral, setting up its online marketing division.
Dusan joined Carat International in 2002 and has worked with a number of strong international brands such as adidas, Philips, Renault, Coke and Vodafone.
In early 2004, Dusan was commissioned by the senior management team at adidas International to develop the global digital communications plan for the company. As a result of this project, adidas have prioritised digital as a key channel and begun the redevelopment of the global and local websites, creation and on-going support of local market directive for internet media, mobile communications, e-CRM and digital outdoor strategy.
During his career at Carat International Dusan has won several industry awards including Media and Marketing Europe (M&M) Best interactive Campaign 2004 and Aegis Media Campaign of the year 2005. He is a regular guest speaker at industry conferences and often quoted by the international publications for his expertise within the realm of global digital communications and media.

James Hilton
Managing Director
James Hilton is joint Managing Director of Inside, the global mobile marketing agency.
James has been working in digital marketing since 1996. He joined Weight Watchers in 2003 as the Marketing Director for WeightWatchers.co.uk when the UK site was in its infancy and was not profitable as an international identity, but held much promise.
During his time there, he expanded the business with the creation and implementation of numerous initiatives including a highly profitable online marketing schedule working with partners such as MSN and Yahoo! He also led the introduction of online sales and partnership opportunities for brands wanting to gain exposure on Weightwatchers.co.uk and helped grow the online identity to be the Worlds fifth largest paying subscription service. Whilst at Weight Watchers, he managed the smooth adoption, integration and management of media including affiliates, search marketing, CRM and host of other marketing initiatives with an online spend in excess of £1 million per annum.

Previous to these roles James had worked for Continuum Interactive, Universal Studios and Grey Advertising.
James is the co-founder of Inside and manages client services and new business development.
