Simon, key specialist in the field, heads the IT & E-Commerce Law Group.
Simon Halberstam was admitted in 1988, became a specialist IT Lawyer in 1991, and joined the firm in March 1999 as a partner and head of the IT/e-commerce Group Weblaw http://www.weblaw.co.uk.
He specialises in all aspects of contractual and litigation matters relating to IT and e-commerce, acting not only for IT clients such as software houses, ISPs, Domain Name registrants and web designers, but also for many corporate and general business clients who need specialist assistance in this particular field. He is sole legal advisor to the IBM CUA.
His expertise covers the whole range of computer law services and internet law services to include in-house training, documentation packages and videos, legal audits.
Simon is a joint author of Tolley's published "Domain Names - A Practical Guide" and was the author of two major publications on the legal implications of the Year 2000.
Simon speaks fluent French, German, and Italian and has a Masters in French Law (Sorbonne – France).

Caroline Walker
Employment Partner and Head of Employment Law
Caroline Walker was admitted in 2000 and subsequently joined Sheridans as Head of Department and acted for a number of high profile media clients, record labels, blue chip companies, multinational corporations and senior executives. She joined SGH in 2005 as Head of Department and leads the highly specialised team.
Caroline offers a full range of services to employer clients including; representation at Employment Tribunals, drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with the numerous regulations on an ongoing basis, discrimination cases, specialist advice on restrictive covenants, enforceability of post termination restrictions, High Court and County Court actions as well as giving seminars and in-house workshops.
In addition, Caroline acts for senior executives and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
