Elemental’s task was to create brand awareness for ClickTracks in a competitive UK market. Within a short time they understood our current position and what we wanted to achieve; gaining us traction in the right publications and presenting ClickTracks with a great platform to work from.
They achieved a regular column for us in influential trade magazines and secured numerous thought leadership opinion pieces across key B2B and vertical media. The online PR support was incredibly comprehensive and ensured ClickTracks ranking under relevant UK specific keywords and key phrases was achieved.
Elemental’s support pre, during and post conference / exhibition was excellent, with them being able to build a rapport with media and ensure that we connected with reporters covering the event.
In summary, Elemental’s ability and commitment to building our brand can only be described as persistent, determined and refreshingly proactive.
