ClickTracks web analytics products and services are already established in the USA with a strong customer base now growing in the European market.
Our objective was to build brand awareness and reach a niche web analytics market, which is incredibly competitive in the UK. Elemental was instrumental in creating a solid beginning for us, with ClickTracks reaching its core media audience within a matter of a week and sustaining interest in line with the conferences and exhibitions we were attending.
Elemental's sound knowledge of public relations in a traditional and social media enabled us to promote the series of online classes, tutorials and training courses that we offer.
Elemental were quick to see the changes in our space and were able to adapt and make media introductions that ensured ClickTracks kept abreast of developments and was consistent in securing consistent media coverage in our trade media both off and online.
